Take 2 on the upholstery,  Much better this time however I wish I didn't glue the sides. This is going to be fine for this bike.  

  Stu has the cases done on Dusty's Show class Peoples champ 3 55 pan bottom And we are nearly finished polishing the heads of the Shovel upper.

SR Enduro project nearing completion

Im working on seat upholstery 2.0 and I have a couple details to clean up but for the most part it is good enough to scramble through the woods with.  Wish it was a SR400 or SR500 but the 250 is better than I thought it would be and if I ever find a 500 or TT550 motor, I think it will go in without to much modification.

Head Lamps for the SR project are all snug as a bug in a rug.  These will use the same LED unit that I used in the Papaglide, only X2 .  All that is left with the fab is a belly pan or skid plate .  I hope to have the frame in the paint booth within the week.

Some progress

A little progress on the SR.    The ole lady tossed the front drive shaft of her land rover and some of the shrapnel blew a gaping hole in her trans.  This has consumed most of my time and shop floor for the past week.    I have patched up the tranny and the new shaft should be in later today.  I hope to put this to rest , catch up on customer stuff and get back to the SR project by Friday.
