Buell 1125R - 1125CR Belly Pan / Chin spoiler

I went out on a limb when I had a customer contact me saying he would like to pick up a belly pan but did not have a PayPal and was going to be in town.  So I figured fuck it and made one up.  Big surprise when I never heard anything and confirms my reason for making parts to order.

All that being said , I dont have room for stock and I have one ready to go.  Price is usually $225.00 plus shipping  but I will consider any offer right now.

A long while back I sold one of my belly pans / chin spoilers that I make for the 1125R / 1125CR Buell to Mike Estrada in I cant remember where, Arizona by the look of the pictures .   Yesterday Mike sent me some shots of the finished product. Best looking 1125R I've seen, killer job Mike! Thanks for making my parts look so good.

All I need to do now is put a gas hole in it and slosh some tank liner through it and it will be ready to go. His goal is to get this bike done in time for the chilli cook off in Plymouth Michigan in about a week or so.

I don't usually put much of my paint work on here .

once in a while I get some pretty cool customers that want what ever I come up with.

For this one I kinda took some step by step pictures while I was working on it. Kinda neat to see it come together like this. Just need to clear coat it then scuff n buff.

Suzuki 550 Cafe Racer Fire Drill

What started as a seat pan job has turned into a steel seat pan, one of my molded fiberglass tanks and a paint job on those parts. Only have about 2 weeks to get it done.
Ive been a bit busy in the shop , you would think that there would be more stuff posted on here due to that but that's not how it works. Busy = less time to take pictures and post on the blog.
So , sorry for the shop junk posts but its going to have to do for a bit.

Buell Chin Spoiler Again

Thanks to Michael from Calgary for sending me some shots of his chin spoiler that I sent him a couple of months ago. I think it looks pretty killer.

Buell 1125 Belly Pan - Chin Fairing Installation

The brackets are labeled RF, RR and LF for right front,right rear and left front and they go on like that. ^
Just bolt everything together loose then align everything and tighten to about 10 newton meters or so on the fairing, and to factory specs on the engine. I'm happy to answer any questions you have , just comment on this post . Thanks

They are going to be $225.00 Each without paint.

Plus shipping and packaging. ( about $15 to $20 extra)

As with all after market fiberglass components, some minor finishing will be required prior to paint.

I added the picture on top to show the race length of the part and the fitment around the stock exhaust system.

It was brought to my attention that the angle on the chin fairing did not look right in the red. This is a optical illusion caused by both the camera angle and the angle of the Drummer exhaust system. The bottom of the fairing is actually designed to be reletively parallel to the ground, the photo on the top shows this clearly. Buell 1125R Chin Fairing , Latest Development

The lower 2 shots are with the Drummer Exhaust system.

The Upper is with the stock system. The Drummer muffler is just a little wider than the stock one. I will offer them in either length. The prototype mounting brackets are steel but I may go to aluminum. Special thanks to Brad for the moch-up time on Sunday.

Cafe Fuel Tank Part Number 001

Well the cafe racer fuel tank tooling is done and I popped out a tank . This is a customers CB350 Honda that it is shown on here however its design will fit on many bikes XS650 and CB750 for sure. If your interested I can send you a rough drawing of the tunnel section to see if it will fit your bike.

These will be sold out of Cafe Racer Ypsi and I plan on taking this one up there for display this week for all to see
