Mike, Stu's new ride

Stu picked this up from a Craigslist and he has named it " Mike " .
Apparently this was originally purchased new by a young man named Mike who truly loved to ride it in the mid 60"s .  Sadly he was called to duty in the Vietnam war and did not return leaving his prized super cub in the barn somewhere in Southwest Michigan.  Not long ago it was on its was to the scrap yard when it was rescued by a retired gentleman who did his best to clean her up and get it going. Stu made a good buy although it needs some tuning and minor rebuilding, it is pretty nice.   My grandpa and I build one of these when I was 8 years old and I have been looking for one for myself for some time now.  Brings back great memories .  I remember it being so much bigger though.....
