I know somebody makes these but they didn't have the flow relief valve in it like the automotive cooler adaptors have . So I bought a automotive one and made a adaptor plate for it. Came out pretty nice if you ask me.
You can see the cooler core mounted below the filter too. This means my oil system is 100% complete. ( unless I keep changing shit )..
You want to be careful about reducing pressure to the turbo. I don't know how much experience you have with turbo bikes but I have quite a bit but not with Hondas. Maybe they have higher pressure than the Z1 motor becuase they have plain bearings but if you put all that stuff on a kz motor you would have to put an electric pump or you would burn up the bearing in that turbo very quickly. Just a heads up.
ReplyDeleteThe hoginator makes a good point, I put some thought into this . The Honda has adiquit oil pressure however I am not sure about the volume and I will have to keep an eye on that. Thanks for your input and it was cool chatin with ya Kevin!
